COD advance warfare issues

Hello again
I have trouble with that COD Advance warfare zombie , can't play. Loaded everything with instructions but still nothing happened. I have both versions BLUS and BLES.

Any proper manual with links or files , I am really looking forward to it and thanks in advance.
