Fail0verflow PS4 / Liverpool AMDGPU Port for PlayStation 4 Linux

Following their 33c3 2016 Postscript over the weekend, PlayStation 4 hackers Fail0verflow have been busy updating their PS4 Linux Github repository with help from Clem (LibCG) including an AMDGPU PS4 / Liverpool port.

In the barrage of Tweets below, PlayStation 4 developer Marcan officially confirms the PS4 can now run Vulkan and GameCube Games through the Dolphin emulator.

Even if the exploit gets released or leaked, nothing will be done unless they find the Root key. No one found the root key for PS3 on FW 3.55 and up do you really think someone will find it on a PS4??? backups is dead and this is just a Linux wasting time experiment for bored ass programmers.

You are right everyone releasing just exploit for Linux it's useless and waste of time...I think backups is dead.. The Chinese guys successful done Linux for PS4 I think they will be released jailbreak for future or backups is permanently dead...We wait and see this year...

if you look back at scene PS3, Geohot found the Root key and Sony buried that key in the next update. They can exploit all they want, without finding that key nothing will ever happen.

This site is nothing but a mirror of useless twitter posts. The scene is dead. Third world counties are buying legit games and no one cares about playing games offline.

the scene has been dead for 3 years and if you want to run Linux just get a raspberry pi3
