Creating a PS4 Management Console on Windows for Multiple PS4

I am glad to find a community such as this, I am relatively new to PS issues but have been coding for a while, am in search of a way if possible to create a control console on windows pc that can control multiple PS4 in a similar manner that a cyber cafe software manages multiple computers:

• To monitor game sessions
• Time spent on each ps4 stations
• Pause or exit a game from the pc

is this possible?

You could probably create a program taking features from a few game companion apps, so you can launch a game from your pc, then maybe use the psn api to somehow monitor your psn's activity. just an idea

edit: could be a good idea for a type of console manager for users who are on current firmware

It is quite complicated but not impossible.

I would recommend extra hardware, a raspberry pi connected for each ps4, you can use this method and adjust it to your needs
