Need help playing game backup ISOs on my PS3

Hi there. I NEED HELP!!! Desperately, i've wasted 8 hours today to find a way of playing iso backups on my ps3, either usb hdd or internal hdd.

Why?? Because i've heard that things changed a lot in the ps3 scene and it's now possible to play backups on a superslim ps3 500gb. Even the very last one (who came with lego lord of the ring).

Buying that model of the ps3 is one of my biggest mistake in life. I never saw a console so incredibly and ridiculously hard to softmod/mod/break/jailbreak whatever you call it.

Buying an ODE is out of question since i will not pay anymore a single dime for it and i paid for over 20 games on it so i think i paid my dues over sony and others.

Can someone answer those questions????!!

You can't jailbreak/mod whatever a 4k superslim ps3 thru usb drive or other non-downgrable model, right? even in 2017 at this very moment? Because of sony hardware BS limitation nor backups protections, right?

So it point me the this second question, websites that claim you can are a hoax, right? If it is, there is absolutely no way of jailbreaking it, like 100% sure?

Third question, DO the injection method really work? I mean with TrueAncestor BACKUP Retailer v2.10 by example or any other version of it or similar programs?

Fourth question and some will laugh here i'm pretty sure but anyway, can i play with the injection method sonic 4 episode 1 and 2 backups?

Fifth question, If there's a way, will i lose my current games or saves?

Final question, WHY do forums keep hoaxed threads and likes it???

My english can either be bad or very bad, sorry, but anyway, is there any other 100% successful way of playing backups (no disc backup, only usb/ext usb drive/internal hdd) on that crappy female dog console that i have. If you didnt understood me, i have the very last ps3 model released, CECH-43xxC, as per http://www.psdevwiki.com/ps3/SKU_Models.

AFAIK last time i played games (internal or discs) with was in september or october 2016 and was always up to date because i was subscribing psn+ for that stupid 2/3/4 free full version games for 60$ a year.

I repeat again, i've wasted more than 8 hours today, on multiple forums/thread/watch bs hoax video on youtube and there's plenty of it. A LOT.

Please help me!!! AND PLEASE DONT TELL ME THAT I DIDNT READ THREADS OR FORUMS OR I DIDNT GOOGLED IT. I did. I did too much of it to be honest. My head will break into pieces.

I can feel your frustration, so I'll make this as brief as I can:

• The site you asked about is a BS one so the URL was removed to stop driving traffic there in hopes they'll die a slow death.
  
  
• Your CECH-43xxC PS3 Super Slim 4K console currently (as of today, March 5th 2017) can not be downgraded to install PS3 CFW on.
  
  
• One option would be an Optical Disc Emulator, but you mentioned you don't want to go the ODE route... and I don't blame ya there.
  
  
• Another option (if you have a second PS3 on CFW) would be to look into the PS3 Data Transfer / Backup Injection / Converting PS3 CFW Games to OFW Methods, however, there is no way to do any of them without a second PS3 on CFW... it's been tried multiple times and all failed.

That's about it at the moment, personally I wouldn't be bothered transferring games from a second PS3 nor would I pay for an ODE.. so I'd probably trade in or sell that PS3 for an older / used model that can be downgraded or jailbroken to use CFW on instead.

Yes it does work on 4.70 as you can inject games , above this OFW loop hole was closed and you need another console with CFW to do that so no contradiction here as you have not provided what FW you are one so we presume newest so blame is on you here chap

Why i didnt gave my FW version is because my ps3 is in a warehouse so i dont want to drive and waste almost 2 hours to get it for nothing. I'm pretty sure FW is between 4.6x/4.81

So OFW loop is confirmed here on OFW 4.70. Great. Does all games work or is there other lists of working games somewhere instead of KDW GAME LIST PSN INJECT that i found here?

Do i really have to install SEX/Kiosk FW or not?

Thanks for the quick follow-up @misiozol to clarify that.

There was a lengthy discussion HERE where people were trying to use SEX/Demo/Shop Firmware and Reverters but it ended up not working out so the thread was closed.

Since then I haven't heard many reports of installing SEX/Kiosk Firmware to do any of the newer methods, so if people are doing it successfully with Demo Firmware it's news to me too.

There are some compatibility lists in various forum threads for the different methods/guides, but nothing I've seen that covers all of the methods such as a 'master list' for DTU/Injection/Conversion... there may be on the Russian forums but you'd have to navigate through their site while translating to find out.
