How can i copy locked saves to usb from ps3 ofw??

You can't.
This is why I love custom firmware. I can just fake the save game owner and I don't have to deal with crap ass Sony lock mechanisms.
They put locks on save games I don't get why. All my games I beat but lost my saves for them on my USB originally. They want me to restart screw them.

Find another save for that game. Resign it or make it BLANK with Bruteforce and play the game with all passed and all of the crap you want in it, even with cheats lol
I have copied game save on online storage. Is there any way to access that storage on pc?

Of course not LOL, that's the PS Plus cloud, that's a PSN server if I'm not mistaken, idk how to and if it's possible it's only with CFW.

I have a save for Star Ocean 4 International. It's a blank starter save that is unlocked however every other save I make, whether it's a fresh save or an overwrite becomes locked. Is there any way around this?
I've used Bruteforce to manipulate the lock aspect and put cheats on the save.
