    Isn't there already a GBA emu in the web browser? https://github.com/fcambus/jsemu GBA, PS1, PCE, RetroArch (limited), even calculators and CPU's. Once you come upon SegaCD/3DO things get scarce (however there is a PS1 and N64 emu listed).
