Just to give you guys a heads up this method works for some games but not for some of the undub versions i.e ayesha and tales of xillia 2. However it did work for catherine undub
I managed to get ayesha working undubbed by using convert version 0.91 and installing the update manually however when i tried this with xillia 2 all written dialogue is in japanese.
Tried this method with the witch and one hundred knights and it doesn't even make it to the title screen

This is one of the common problems that as far as I know, there is currently no solution for yet. I hope I am wrong, but I have seen a few titles give a disc error as well, and I just put those aside for now.

maybe i'll try to download another game file.. with the same game i convert many game with PS3GameConvert_v0.91... and work in my ps3 cfw
than problem come after i transfer that game.
i generally use my own scripting tool that uses make_npdata and manually extract and merge everything. I mostly otherwise use CFW2OFW Helper and have not had many issues that couldn't be fixed with one or a combination of these current methods:
Install Game Data Before DTU
Install Game Data From Disc Before DTU
Replace All BIN (except EBOOT), SELF, and SPRX Files From Disc
Merge Disc Files Into Update Directory
Merge Disc Files Into Converted NP Directory
Merge Disc Files Into Game Data Install Directory
Remove All Files, Except EBOOT.BIN From Converted NP Directory
Remove All Files, Except EBOOT.BIN and Other BIN/SPRX From Converted NP Directory
Use EBOOT.BIN From Another Region
Use Demo EBOOT.BIN and Disc Files
Use Demo EBOOT.BIN and NP Files
Use Demo EBOOT.BIN and Custom SDAT/EDAT/PSARC Files
Maybe Others....
BTW... not "bashing" PS3GameConvert, just never really used it yet.

i am pretty sure, I just had to install Game Data from disc for this one. I'll have to check my archives! The PSDevWiki should probably also be updated to reflect any extra steps needed.
