Final Fantasy 7 Remake Save Data Transfer help

Please excuse my ignorance, I am quite the novice as I am sure you can tell.

I have been playing the FPKG of Final Fantasy 7 Remake on my 5.05 jailbroken PS4. I now also have a brand new hard copy of the game, is there anyway I can use the saved data from the FPKG, to play the normal game and then transfer this to the PS5 via USB?

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm just desperate as I've got over 130 hours of game play.

not really, seems that first you need to copy save file to console which have psn account logged in.
