Fully Enable Debug Settings v2 PS4 Payload Updated by J0lama

With continued and much appreciated assistance from @sealab, PlayStation 4 developer @j0lama has updated the initial PS4 payload to Fully Enable Debug Settings version 2 adding more options for developers.

v1:

*(uint32_t*) 0xFFFFFFFF8269C07Cull=0;
*(uint32_t*) 0xFFFFFFFF8269B56Full=0;

v2 adds:

*(uint16_t*) 0xFFFFFFFF833242FCull = 0x8101;

j0lama has worked on the Payload with the help from sealab. Version 2 should be available soon to load more Debug Settings (seems the wrong file is online atm).

Thanks to Figure03 for sharing the button combo: holding L1 + L3 + Triangle for 5 seconds, then press DPad Up + Options to activate more infos in System informations

possible to load the Devkit-Debug-Settings.bin on a retail console? or is there even a risk to brick it?
