By Siggi88 on Apr 24, 2016: #1 Hello. It's Siggi here. I have two PS3s, one Phat REBUG D-REX 4.75.1 250 GB SSD, and one Slim REBUG D-REX 4.78.2 1 TB HDD, and I also have one unmodded Xbox 360. (It's moddable, it's got a Trinity motherboard! ) This is my gaming setup - Philips Monitor 220XW (Playing games on a TV is bad, monitors have lower latency!) - PS3 PHAT 250 GB SSD on Rebug D-REX 4.75.1. (My other PS3 is in the other room) - Xbox 360 unmodded. (Some day, I'll get it modded. Some day) - CronusMAX Plus (Because I can't use an Xbox 360 controller without my hands starting to ache) - ViewHD HDMI Splitter (removes HDCP from PS3 for the Elgato) - Xbox 360 kinect that I use solely as a mic, I don't play Kinect games. (I can't plug a mic into a PS3 controller via the CronusMAX, can I? And the damn Xbox doesn't take USB or Bluetooth mics either.) - Elgato GameCapture HD (In case you don't know what this is, it records the stuff that passes through an HDMI cable) - MacBook Air (I hate this computer, I'm buying another one when I get money. and yes, it'll be an Apple laptop too. I just hate the Airs, the Pros are better, especially the Retina MBP.) - 3 External USB HDDs (1 TB + 2 TB + 2 TB, for backing up my crap, and recording with the Elgato) - Anker USB 3.0 Hub 7 ports + 3 charge ports. (otherwise how else am I gonna plug all my HDDs in?!) - PlayStation 3 headset. (I only plug it into my computer, it never goes in my PS3 lol. How ironic?) - I have earphones that I use a splitter to split the audio and microphone channels, the audio is plugged into the monitor, and the microphone is plugged into a USB adapter which is plugged into my PS3. I run CFW to do many things, not just modding games. One reason, is to bypass Cinavia audio muting on movies. I like to play without modding sometimes, and no, GTA V is not the only game I play. (Unlike quite a few people I've met, who have a PS3, and only GTA V) PS3s are better than Apple TVs. Not only can a 2006 PS3 1080p video (only the 2012 and later Apple TVs can play 1080p, the earlier ones are only up to 720p) but it can also play a wide variety of games (PS1 and PS3 games, PS2 on backwards compatible models) and has a pretty basic feature available on all internet enabled devices -- but not an Apple TV -- it has a web browser! Though, the web browser is pretty crappy on the PS3, at least it still has one!
