Also, you need .net Framework 1.1 from here.
2. After the successful installation you start the program with admin permissions. Start the windows commandline cmd.exe and enter ipconfig, copy the first ip address and paste it into the proxy tool. It should be something like 192.168.100.xxx
3. Now goes to the PS3 in the network settings on Internet connection settings. For the part proxy settings you use the same address as above. And as a port 8080
4. Now go back to the pc set in proxy gui a hook on "ps3" and then on start. Make sure you enter the same ip and port 8080
5. Go back to the ps3 and click on "System Update" and check for updates
6. If all goes well, you should see weblinks in Proxy Gui under logs. Copy it from the link where behind update-list.txt can be seen.
7. Insert this full link under the menu point "replace" in the left column.
8. Now you click on your dekstop with right click on "new editor" and enter the following EUR code:
