How to install BF 3 PKG on PS3?

How to Install PKG into BF3 PS3? I have purchased the Premium Edition DLC from the PSN, but I do not have a CD-ROM from BF3.

if you purchased a dlc it will be installed automatically but without the original game you cant play it...so buy the game and just start it...

Seriously? It can not install something downloaded version and rewrite it to the original DLC?
