Proceeding his PS4 FPKG Game Updates Patch Guide, PlayStation 4 developer @MODDEDWARFARE let us know on Twitter that he's updated his YouTube Channel today with a new tutorial on improving the speed of the Remote Package Installer.

Anyone else have the cmd window shows up as if it's working but the pkg notification doesn't pop up on your ps4 showing it's downloading?

Don't forget to close and reopen the remote package installer everytime a pkg fails to send. Also disable any firewall software on your PC as that can also block it.

Any idea why when I try to set up the lan connection , and select easy , it takes like two minutes to move onto the next menu , which should automatically be the completed set up , but in my case is the IP Address settings etc. ?

For some reason, it shows up as an hour for the ac origins pkg (40 gb) but then slowly becomes 100 minutes and constantly takes longer and longer. Im using both the ethernet to ethernet sharing connection and using the ip for the ethernet in the SERVERIP..
