Is 3G Vita a mobile device and such can be legally jailbroken ?

So theoretically speaking we have 3G vita that contains valid sim card and can be used to make calls with skype lets say and video calls to other users or call s by any other means , does it mean it is mobile device and can be legally jailbroken ? what do you think express your opinion

Good question, I saw THIS recently which was interesting as well.

For the moment I'll vote no, with hopes that the EFF will continue to win in the fight for consumer's digital rights.

This I know for looong time that rooting device not void your warranty

When you buy a device you may modify it as long as the modification is not against the law (for example you make it into a weapon somehow, the kind of which you are not allowed to have access). How you use the modification is a different story.
