Issues with Webman and Rebug 4.82.1

I recently updated to the newest version of rebug firmware to get into using webman but webman wasn't working so I downloaded it and installed it separately. Afterwards it caused my system to be stuck on a black screen unless I pulled the External HDD out or shut off webman from rebug toolbox.

So I read I had to delete webman files manually from the system and I did. It got rid of webman from the XMB but now I can't do anything with webman or the PS2 games I have on the system.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a way to completely reinstall my current firmware (probably not).

Just re-install rebug from XMB / recovery mode and you should be fine.
