Need Help with Finding IDPS on OFW 4.46

I have a PS3 on OFW 4.46. I have been trying to get my IDPS but I have run into a problem. When I use idpstealer I following all the direction but when I go on my PS3 and input the ip address and port number that idpstealer give me my PS3 always fails the connection test. It gives me error 80028EA6.

I have also tried to us ipdstealer GUI but it won't open. It give me the error unhandled exception an exception occured during webclient request.
