"As soon as the player returns to the world map after achieving Star Level in Noblestead, the first Campus for this DLC, Universe City, will be unlocked. All three of the Campuses for this DLC may be found in the South-West of Two Point County, close to Urban Bungle. They can also be accessed from the level select bar on the County Map screen."
