To quote from the README.md: PlayStation 4 Save Mounter

Summary

This program allows you to mount save data as READ/WRITE

Prerequisites
  • PS4 5.05
  • FTP Client
Instructions
  1. Load ps4debug
  2. Start a game
  3. Load FTP
  4. Open the tool
  5. Enter the ip of your ps4 and press click 'Connect'
  6. Click 'Refresh Processes' and select your game in the combobox
  7. Click 'Setup'
  8. Click 'Find Dirs'
  9. Select the save you want to mount in the combobox
  10. Select the mount permission in the combobox (default is READ ONLY)
  11. Click 'Mount'
  12. Your save is now mounted in /mnt/pfs/ & in /mnt/sandbox/{title}/savedataX
  13. After you're done copying/replacing files click 'Unmount'
  • Some games use another save format, they have an sce_ prefix in their name. they won't show up as search results
  • This can probably be patched but I was too lazy
Here's a workaround:
  1. go to /user/home/{userid}/savedata/{titleid}
  2. make a copy of the sce save: 2 files, the bin file(96KB), the sdimg file
  3. rename them
    "sce_sdmemory.bin" -> "temp.bin"
    "sdimg_sce_sdmemory" -> "sdimg_temp"
  4. go to /system_data/savedata/{userid}/db/user and download the database.db file
  5. open it with an sqlite editor
  6. add a new record in the savedata table
  7. fill in the data and you're done
  8. replace the original database with the newer one
  9. Click 'find dirs' again, it should now add a temp entry in the combobox
  10. proceed as usual
  11. go to /user/home/{userid}/savedata/{titleid}
    • delete the original sce_sdmemory.bin and sdimg_sce_sdmemory
    • rename temp.bin to sce_sdmemory.bin and temp to sdimg_sce_sdmemory
  12. replace the modified database with the original one
  13. you're done

@lotus78
Thank you for your Help. But that didnt work either. It dont matter if im in Game, Game is open but am in the PS Menu or i Close the Game. Im Always getting the same Netframework error....

This is the only thing on PS4 that i somehow cant get to work -.-
Since its working for you maybe you could write up a complete summary how to make it work. Because the Instructions in the Thread are somehow misleading. But pretty sure im Making everything right but maybe there is something im missing.

@Breheim
1.-load "HEN"
2.-load "Bin loader"
3.-send payload ps4Debug (use any payoad sender)
4.-open the game you want the savedata
5.-go to browser and load "ftp" and dont close the browser
6.- on pc open the save mounter exe
7.-in the first box write the ps4 ip and click "connect"
8.-click on "refresh processes" and select eboot.bin
9.-click on "find dirs" and select the savedata
10.- select read/write and click on "mount"
11.-connect with filezilla and copy your savedata to your pc

when i send the payload nothing happens on my ps4 screen but the payload sender says he sended it....

doesn't work for me... he can't find my ps4 when i click on connect....

@Hausi91 you only ge a notification on the ps4 "ps4debug by golden" for the app you need load the ftp on ps4, and when you click connect seems like nothing happened bcz there isnt a notification that it works but it works

@dark90
At first, thank you very much for taking your time for the writeup. But that doesnt work either. Do i need something special Installed on the PC like a Special Version of Net framework ?

Everything works until the "refreshing" part. After that im always getting the Net framework Error. No matter if im Connected via WLAN or LAN. Tried everything what all of you wrote here but something is definitely wrong...

After much testing and trying i managed to get everything working, but now i have another problem. Which files to replace... I have the save files from my activated PS4 and want to put them on my non-activated PS4 Pro.

First question: where do i replace the files? mnt/pfs or mnt/sandbox?

Second: I tried this with driveclub. I have a PROFILE.BIN file from my backed up save from activated PS4 but on my non-activated PS4 Pro there is a Profile.sav file. I thought this would be as simple as 1 on 1 file replacing, but it seems its not...

Anyone has experience replacing save files from Driveclub or Resident evil biohazard?

@bsensed I think both of pfs and sandbox is the same (kinda mirror, cmiw), if you want to make sure, compare first pfs and sandbox directory, then just delete a file inside pfs, look at sandbox directory. see the different?

Replace savegame, i think there are more step need to be change (edit file or db maybe). I've got no luck for replacing saved game from another console.
