PlayStation 4 v4.00 WebKit Crash and PS4 Dev Updates by Ryan111

The Shingen Beta was found to be buggy and it appears the PS4 4.00 OFW is no different, as PlayStation 4 developer @ryan111 discovered a PS4 4.00 WebKit Crash still plagues Sony's latest Firmware update with confirmation from @JNSXModz (YouTube Channel) as well.

Included are kewl things like a PlayStation 4 libSceAvSetting.sprx file dump from PS4 OFW 4.0 and 3.55 / 4.00 store.db files among this core file type (see the Wiki) string discovered: eCoreDumpType: $FDFBD280-90A6-4CFB-ADCC-D0BDBB0A302E

if you want online play then go to 4.00 but otherwise stick with 3.55 or you can try to use the PsProxy

can i play online with psproxy and is there any chance that 3.55cfw will be released in this month or next. Just purchased ps4 2weeks ago so dont know anything about jailbreaking stuff but want to do it.

No you can´t play online.
Nobody can tell you if there will be a CFW in the Next Days,Weeks,Months or longer.
If you want to play online then update to FW 4.00 if not you have to wait...

You can go Online with PSProxy but you CANT play online with that.
It only bypasses the Update...

I was able to sign in using psproxy. than played online as normal. You do still need ps plus I think. Dose anyone know if there is risk of ban using psproxy?

How u set it up I change my ip and port to what it says and wait 5 min then I try sign in nothing happens just tells me to update

I don't know then. Start program check ps4 and update bypass. Then click start. Allow firewall access. On ps4 Just add ip and port in proxy Setting field. When i did connection test it failed but I was able to sign in.
