PS Vita ePSP Bubble Installer v1.2 by CelesteBlue is Released

Today PlayStation Vita developer @CelesteBlue let me know of a PS Vita project he's recently released called ePSP Bubble Installer v1.2 on the GekiHEN site followed by v2.0 below.
