A:Yes, but make sure its a NOR as some 4ks have a eMMC instead

A: Sort of, on FW 4.30 YOU CAN Webkit payload (or fself on dex) + rsx related syscall bug to gain lv2 execution + trick to bypass lv2 hash check. but it needs applied EVERY Boot

A: You'd need hardware access to the syscon eeprom. I would rather get an exploitable console.
