You dont need it anymore to downgrade, just patch properly your dump and install lastest cfw.

Hi i want to go back to a lower firmware without losing bd play back im on 3.55 ive gone back to 2.10 ofw but lose bd playback so went back to 3.55 and use mm to fix bd playback
thats why im after this file thanks.

Are you on 3.55, so just install kmeaw and qa flags.
Recover file system and data base.
