Try to unplug power and PS3 Blue ray drive data cable and re-connect again.

Sometimes it's just misplace cable issue.

YOUR PS3 MODEL is currently can run any PSN games without bd drive and or switchable with other same bd drive without remarrying. so, the problem is not the bd drive itself. try downloading the legit PSN game not the converted one.

I am facing the exact same problem here on one of my customers PS3.

So I decided to completely remove the bddrive itself. It ran perfectly for about twenty minutes.. after that the screen goes blank if I press the ps button or try to quit a game. Of course it's a 500 gig super slim PS3 with full of ofw 4.81 games filled.

It works well now after putting new set of bd drive flat cables and stuff. But here we go.. baaaaam again the error appeared after I turned off and turned on.. remember my CD gets detected without issue
