Gotcha, did you try this RSOD DEX fix guide from iDevilQ8i by chance? What version is your DEX system on also?

Ten four, that guide I linked covers Rebug 4.46 but still worth a try on 4.76 perhaps... if you have any trouble locating the required files let us know

Have you tried reinstalling your firmware, what was you also doing while this happened.
