Hi i have ps3 slim 2006a in version 4.21 no jailbreak so can i make downgrade to version3.55 to make jailbreak with out E3 flasher

Welcome and no. If you were on 4.20 you could use a TI Calculator to downgrade, but since youa re on 4.21 you can't YOU MUST BUY AN E3 FLASHER!

Thank you that bad for me because i cant get E3 flash that impossible because i am in syria and my country in war !!!!!!
