PlayStation 3 developer Habib has updated his CFW to PS3 STARBUCKS 4.78 Cobra 7.30 Custom Firmware with the changes detailed below.

COBRA 7.30 CHANGELOG:

1. fixed wireless sync issue on 4.46++
2. fixed issue where going to non-cobra after playing iso would cause ps2 iso reload
3. improved optical disc xmb error of data disc, if hangs, reinsert disc(data disc error was present since 4.46)
4. bc and semi-bc ps2 works without cobra, no emu swap needed
5. fixed possible bug where games with config would fail since 4.46

Hi... I know I miss the Rogero CFW's, but I had to update for my dual Boot OFW..

You can update to 4.78 and it won't format the hdd. It just installs over it and everything else installed stays the same.

Can you play burned ps3 games or ps3 games from a jump drive with this cfw?

Why does my ps3 keep saying file is corrupted at 73% when i try to install the cfw.... I have taken off and put it back on i have tried to install it multiple times with no success.

Also my usb flash drive IS formatted correctly.... Does anyone know why???? My systems ofw is on 4.78 as well..... this sucks

The bold above is your problem buddy. You can't be on 4.78 OFW. You will have to downgrade in order to install this CFW or any other because once you're on OFW you're screwed. You must downgrade & then update with CFW.

Is it all PS1 Games, or just a specific ISO... Giving a name of the game sometimes helps better to answer you. Some games it also depends upon what program you used to create the ISO

It is all NTSC psx games. Instead of running at 480p they are runing at 576p, game is in bin/cue format. PAL games run fine.
