Ahh yes .... I-rion H-eat S-preader , in short IHS or as you know it metal cap on top of CPU/GPU 
LOL, the CPU one is such pain.
I have seen that most of the videos raise the cover of the GPU CPU to do this or just clean the processor and put the cooling paste I have GD900-1 Gray Containing !
Well I've renewed the cooling paste of CPU GPU temperature up to 72C but I noticed that the games stopped abruptly. Are reason I put it in the hard disk drive for ps3 are I have to put it on an external HD ?
