PS4 6.20 Build Strings by Fire30, ETA WEN for Kernel Exploit?

Recently developer Fire30 shared on Twitter some PS4 Firmware 6.20 Build Strings which have been added to the Dev Wiki displaying the current status as 'dumped' leaving many asking the proverbial question of ETA WEN for a public kernel exploit release to complement the PS4 6.XX JSC_ConcatMemcpy WebKit Exploit so PlayStation 4 consoles on recent Firmware can be jailbroken.

Previously Fire30 publicly released a PS4 Webkit Exploit PoC for 2.XX OFW, PS4 HENkaku Exploit for 3.55 Code Execution and FireKaku PS4 3.15 / 3.50 OFW Ports of the exploit... so although he may decide not to do a public 6.20 release at least he has a track record of sharing his findings publicly with the PS4 scene in the past.

To speculate briefly, besides obvious legal hassles a reason he may opt against doing a public 6.20 kxploit release is what developer @Mathieulh (Twitter) mentioned on Discord last month... to quote:

"No one is interested in doing a release for various reasons including how we don't have any other exploit chain after this one XD"

Like it or not, that's a compelling reason to keep things private (for the moment) among PS4 developers since end-users can still obtain jailbreakable consoles if they're willing to pay what those selling them are asking.

Rather then risking entry point blockage... couldnt a certain person release eboots and sprx files for the stuck firmwares similar to how the ps3 was... or is there no possible way to make a 6.20 firmware game run on lower firmware systems... wheres GEOHOTz when you need em lol with a hardware entry point...

Great news that 6.20 is now owned! Has it been confirmed 5.55 and 6.20 share the same entry point?

It would be awesome to have a homebrew APP for watching videos, Media Player is so basic and limited compared to what we had on PS3.

@Hitch1996 The scene is far from dead but we all feel the same frustration at people hyping them selfs up over non existent FW exploits etc. IF 5.55 ever did exist then why no release as i think current FW is around 6.20ish. At this point everyone wants FW6+ exploits anyway for all the latest games.

I personally don't think 5.55 was real or it would have been leaked out long before now. If the argument for not releasing is it uses same method as 6+ then 6+ will never be released as well and so on and so on doesn't feel like a valid argument to me so like i say i don't hold my breath for a new exploit... but if 6+ ever happens it will be gratefully received by the community for sure.

pm-ing qwertypoop and calling him out and a bunch of stuff for not releasing the 5.05 exploit already, one month later i was playing uncharted 4 so start flooding with pm's

when these ignorant self righteous superiority complexed teenagers realize the worshiping mass is flipping to hate, maybe they'll consider releasing at least 5.55

but you have to have a good reason, last time there were a bunch of peoples storming the stores and being stuck with a crappy 4.7x fw console raging all over the internet

i explained that to the guy, he replied back, then i pm'd him back and that did the trick eventually

Leak ? I am glad that it is not leak because developer team would be pissed off and JB will never HAPPENED. Someone who leaked it would be SCUM AND WORST! NO LEAKS.
