PS4 FPKG DLC compatibility with retail game

Will a pkg file of a dumped dlc work with a retail game if it does not have any executables.

Eg. the totally tubular skin dlc for crash bandicoot 4 only has "license.dat", "license.info", "param.sfo", "psreserved.dat" files ie no executables so will it work with the retail game (of course with the same title id).

hi, i think it should work. i got a retail disc of mk11 and installed DLC characters and it worked for me. so worth a try
