PS4 Scene game backporter @opoisso893 (backport893 on X) with help from @golemnight released an Elden Ring v1.19 PS4 FPKG Update alongside a few Elden Ring v1.19 Easy Mod FPKGs thanks to homebrew developer @Lapy (Lapy05575948 on X of LapyGames), some Frozen Free Fall Snowball Fight v1.06 DLC thanks to @romhunter (realromhunter) and some PS2toPS4 Game FPKGs thanks to @deno10 to play on Jailbroken 9.00 PS4 / Jailbroken 11.00 PS4 consoles or PS5 Exploited consoles in the PS5Scene using 4.03 PS5 HEN PS4 FPKG Enabler, 4.50 PS5 HEN PS4 FPKG Enabler, 4.51 PS5 HEN PS4 FPKG Enabler or the PS5 Kstuff Porting Tool.

PS2toPS4 games work well? I came from PS3 where when i use the official PS2 emulator the console runs hot and loud.

i never tried them in PS4 but i want to play some old retro games, btw i don't know if modded ones are better than official sony classics releases.

Ps2 games run well on ps4, some games will require a small patch, otherwise you get glitchy graphics.

For example, tony hawk skateboarding has this exact problem so always check to see if you will require such patch before running game.

As someone who grew up playing PS2, the PS2toPS4 conversions sound lovely; I just jailbroke my PS4 with the exfathax_pico Magic USB method and am excited at the possibilities, especially coming from PS3 (nothing wrong with the homebrew scene, it was just that my PS3 kept crashing when loading new apps which was a nightmare for using Artemis).

I assume the PS2 conversions are the original ISOs being run off of a Sony-made closed-source emulator? I wonder how cheats would work for them if you could only run one ISO per app (I'm thinking back to cheat devices like Xploder where you would select cheats to be loaded before replacing the disc in your console). Perhaps GoldHEN has support? I haven't tried yet, and I doubt it.

I've got about 300 hours in elden ring and its still hard, now i hear the erd tree DLC is even harder. Maybe easy mod might need to be used lol.

It's a great game but i dont want to spend another 300 hours to finish, there's too many other great games and so little time can't keep up with all these releases.
