PS4OfflineAccountActivator: PS4 Offline Account Activator GUI by Charlyzard (Barthen)

Earlier this month PlayStation 4 scene developer charlyzard released a PS4OfflineAccountActivator and now he's made available via Twitter a PS4 Offline Account Activator GUI for those like me who prefer using a Graphical User Interface.

From the README.md: PS4OfflineAccountActivator

Activates PSN account on jailbroken PS4 allowing you to export save data to USB among other things. The offsets are for 5.05 fw version.

Requires ps4debug to compile.

Notes & Warnings

It's better to use this program on a new account. If you use it on an old account (with saves and trophies) you'll encounter these problems:

1. You won't be able to use your old save files easily (the ones created before activation). They'll show as broken. Maybe you can recover them with Playstation-4-Save-Mounter.
2. You'll have to delete your trophies (via FTP) because they will be signed with the unactivated account and all the games you try to launch will error out.

I repeat, I recommend to use a fresh console account for the activation, but do as you wish...

How to use

1. Launch ps4debug on your PS4
2. Launch this program on your computer
3. Type in your PS4 IP address and click Connect
4. Click Get Users
5. Type the account id you want to activate on the proper text box. You can get your account id from the folder name of an exported save

6. Click Set Id & Activate​

7. Click Get Users again to check if it was changed properly​

8. If you used an old account with trophies then fix the problems in the Notes & Warnings section​

that was what I thought after hours trying to get this work but always returned error like the ps4's slow response so the program couldn't connect or so.

the only one way that worked for me was running ps4debug from old al azif host which uses the payload says "ps4debug by golden". After running this, the program instantly connected to the PS4 and read its profiles properly.

ok i am at a loss I think this ps4debug 1.5.bin (45.3 KB - Mirror) is right payload but tried on 2 windows pc's and no dice. But if I used payload sender i can connect to my ps4 just fine??

so i made some progress if i roll back to hen 1.7 i can get debug watch to load but still can't use the offline activator sadly.

Can i use Chiaki soft (open source remote play) with offline PSN account activated on jb 5.05 ? Reply to me

My offline PSN account is activated. Chiaki don't work for me : Can't register with 'PSN Online ID' or 'PSN Account ID'. Chiaki says 'Error register, probably wrong PIN' I may have done something wrong.

If it helps someone : I use ps4ren.bin (ps remote play enable) payload by Sistr0 and register works. Chiaki works great - Caution : ps4ren.bin disable PS button joystick.

ok so the above file I linked is in fact the correct file and using hen 2.1.2 is ok. What my problem was is I thought you just need the exe from the link above.

You need to go to the git and download the entire master folder. After that using the debug 1.5 bin I linked above I was able to connect.

ok from here this is the part that confuses me. I can get my account id by either using psn-account-id.py or by

1. Open your browser and Press Ctrl+Shift+I to open Developer Tools.
2. Select the 'network' tab in Developer Tools.
3. Go to store.playstation.com in your browser and sign into your account.
4. Enter me/core in the filter box of Developer Tools and select the 'core' file. (thanks leeful)

but when I convert dec to hex this tool does not accept the input. Now I just need to figure out why this tool doesn't take my converted dec to hex account id... If I just paste in the dec it does but it seems to convert it to a different number? can someone explain this to me? very baffled by this.

What about saving Need for Speed? With the Save Wizard it works.
Or the PS4 media player? Activation is also required for full function.

ok so I figured out what's been happening. Apparently I am special and my decimal and hex are both 1 digit off. Go figure. So my dec account id is 18 digits long and my hex comes out to 15. dec should be 19 and hex should be 16. Thanks to leeful pointing this out to me. As for what to do now I am clueless...

Also just wanted to add this is the amount of digits on not only my original psn account I have had for years but on a new one I just made today of course the account# are completely different.

I also wanted to post a wonderful python script leeful shared with me that brings you right to your account id if you lack a ps4 with your psn account already on it to obtain the account id via exporting save to usb. That is my situation. My psn account is essentially marooned. This was very helpful:
