PS4 Pro Pwnd by PlayStation 4 Devs via 0Day Exploit, Don't Update

If you're standing outside in some long and cold Black Friday line today this is just for you- following the earlier news, today @harryoke confirmed on Twitter that PlayStation 4 developers have pwnd the PS4 Pro which currently ships sporting PS4 3.70 OFW with a 0day exploit!

He also mentioned if you're getting a PS4 Pro for the holidays NOT to update it past the stock 3.70 version Firmware it comes with, which makes sense as @flatz recently confirmed the 4.01 PS4 Jailbreak vulnerability by Chaitin Tech was patched... and Rebug developer @evilsperm tweeted he's looking to unload some of his PS3 and PS Vita stuff and get a PS4 Pro.

Should scene developers release anything that makes use of the exploit now that it's been patched, you'll definitely want to stay under 4.06, and snarfing a PlayStation 4 Pro on 3.70 is an easy shot at the chance of PS4 homebrew and backup game loaders including PS4 Rebug CFW / multiMAN if / when they surface.

One more (unrelated) video from Chipwelt, to quote roughly translated: PS4 3.70 download the update 1.76. It is a video that reveals a FAKE.

On the PS4 you can only download the latest update, currently the 4.06. It was simply changed the ps4-updatelist.xml to pretend that a 1.76 is downloaded. The size of the download is identical to the update 4.06

You are right too many promises and fake news. But something there is...we have evidences that the PS4 system is jailbreakable, not only with fw 1.76. Nothing will be release for the moment maybe because the exploit doesn't properly work or maybe some developer/hacker have fear of sony (remember Geohot with PS3). I hope that someday we have a fully working jailbreak...be patience!

True seems like this family guy (harryoke) doesn't even have the skill to hack this. plus that youtube video was posted since November 12 and it looed like the guy is just having fun with his graphics desgn

who knows that harryoke doesn't even have the skill to hack PS4??...for the video, the date is correct because the ps4 pro was launched 11 November, maybe, they have found a exploit in 3.70 in the same day. Time to control the exploit working and time to make video...and it was 12 November.

But if you found a 0day exploit it's intend is not patchable. This is because this 0day exploit is on the FW 3.70 or on the hardware + 3.70 FW for the PS4 PRO?
