in case you double click the pkg installer and nothing happens, all you gotta do is download a very tiny tool called Jarfix and open it once

It is visually nice, I will give it that. It does lack the functionality mentioned by others. Authentication will be the limiting factor for most. Outside of that it errors out with most PKG files. Still recommended to use older applications, as they are drop and go, multifile support, and higher speed.
