I have attached the base for click once which can be installed the same way as my ps2 classics. Use the .application and not the setup.exe file. i have also added a pre built binarry so you can run it without click once if you wish.

Have fun.

@LUCIFA, it's up to you. I don't want to be spreading rumours but there have been talks of a 5.05 jailbreak that may be upon us. Sooner or later, you can get your PS4 jailbroken. Look at me, I waited for 2 years without updating.

I mean if you prefer online gaming, you could update. However if you are fascinated by linux, homebrew and backups then I on behalf of everyone else here suggest you stay put on that firmware.

thats good to know I'm grateful. I would have been buzzing if it was a 4.05 or something but I do like the idea of running home brew and pkgs and all that the jailbreak includes I saw the video of someone having installed the games to an external hard drive that looks pretty cool.

I do also like that idea especially if realistically it would be worth waiting and doing it on this console.. just means buying another for playing normally. but I jailbroke a ps3 on kmeaw after some research and found it really rewarding and exciting.

what would the time scale be do you think for someone like me?

@SSShowmik alright I will stay put thank you.

It would be good as well to watch this thread as this site is my favourite and was where I done my research before for the 3.55..

love you guys

Ummm that's my video, I'll try to do more videos of apps as they come out too. I ordered the wifi adapter (IOT) device and will do a video on that next...

just cool to see something small I did for my hobby channel pop up here. :)

even if you know the passcode of official pkgs you wont be able to extract em bar for the few icons like you can now with debug pkgs, You still need SAMU for that cos i doubt sony will give away thier private key like they did on ps3

now the tools is able to extract content, i hope the author also perform some function to repack it, that will be a complete pkg tool.
