Can I chat in the shoutbox? Why TapTalk not Support?

Yes, you can chat in the Shoutbox now

We don't use TapaTalk for several reasons... including they 'steal content for re-use' from forums who enable TapaTalk, and as they're located offshore site owners haven't had much luck trying to take legal action against TapaTalk over this issue.

As a result, we have no plans to ever add TapaTalk here unfortunately... but I will work on finding and reuploading the OP file now.
