In Stranded Sails, you’re shipwrecked with your crew on a mysterious archipelago. As the child of the gravely injured captain, you take charge and set up a camp for the surviving crew. Before you can embark on exciting adventures in the depths of the Cursed Islands however, you have to prepare yourself by farming, cooking and crafting.
The Lemonbomb Crew
We are a small crew of five, developing from our office in Dusseldorf, Germany. As of 2015 it is our goal is to create fun and colorful games and we have since released our debut title Nova Nukers. We have teamed up with rokapublish to embark upon this new and exciting journey that is Stranded Sails!
Stranded Sails: A genre mix that draws from different roots
We are big fans of both classic adventure games like The Legend of Zelda and the farming game genre that became popular with the Harvest Moon series.
Combining elements of both genres was a natural fit that we wanted to add our own spin to. That’s how we created the Cursed Islands – a place that is on the one hand a temporary and increasingly fertile home for the crew, and on the other hand a dangerous place full of secrets to be discovered.
Farming, cooking and crafting mechanics are deeply woven with the parts of exploration, adventure and survival. This results in an organic loop that allows the gameplay of Stranded Sails to feel relaxing yet thoughtful.

- Build a survivor camp - Each crew member needs a shack to live in your camp. Follow their quests and help them!
- Farm crops and go fishing - You and your crew need something to eat! Use your farming talent to grow and harvest different crops. The dangerous sea is full of delicious fish!
- Cook healthy meals - Transform your nutritious riches into healthy meals! Experiment to combine different ingredients and discover new and better dishes. The better the dishes you carry, the longer you will be able to travel outside of your camp. In addition, you can even get certain buffs when you add just the right... spice! It’s important to pack enough food for your exploration trip – especially when you forage deep into the wilds!
- Adventure awaits in the exploration of the Cursed Islands - Now you are ready to take the trip! Whether by foot or by boat, explore the different islands and discover new seeds, tools and treasures as well as dangerous mysteries.
- But be aware... you are not alone - You and your crew are not alone on the Cursed Islands. Be ready to encounter enemies that will stand in your way. Show your skill with the sword and defend yourself against their onslaught.
