Any way to port my Skyrim PS4 savegame to PC version?

I cant put up with the shocking framerate of Skyrim on my pro, would like to continue the game on my PC.

I have exported my savegame to a usb stick, resulting in two files, an 8kB file with no extension and a 1kB file with a .bin extension.

Is there any way i can turn these files into a Skyrim PC savegame?

It really is ironic that my 7 year old pc (Core2quad, R7 240) gets a far higher framerate than my pspro. Bethesda sure does suck for consoles !

There are a few PS4 / PC asset threads but I haven't seen much on PS4 to PC savegames just yet... if I do run across anything I'll reply back, or maybe we'll get lucky and someone else will lend us a hand
