PS4 Ban need tool / help

I recently got banned off of PS4 for well faud as the email says. The thing is I have no clue what I really did and sony really just pretty much told me they dont care so a unban tool or any other form of support would really help

If your console banned then the only way to unban it is to

1. Get rid or sale your banned ps4
2. Buy a new ps4
3. Profit $$$$

But what if its a account ban is there anyway to use my account again

Wait have you tried to see if your ip is banned for the account or just your account ?

The email just listed my user name, how can I tell what type of ban it is

Deactivate console , create new user and connect from other ip.

I dont think my console is banned I think its my account. I want to know if there is ANYTHING I can do to reverse it

Shouldnt be a console ban if they emailed your address connected to the account and no you best kissing your account goodbye maybe in a month or to check it to see if its just a temp ban if not then get rid off it.

Just phone them.. they will say the reason why and if it was temp banned.. they will say how long you gotta wait for and if need be resume this discussion here:
