PS4 Pro: How to change aspect ratio to 4:3?

I have a 4:3 19" CRT monitor that I'm using for my PS4 Pro but it's running at a 16:9 aspect ratio so everything looks skinny.

So does anybody know how I could change my aspect ratio to 4:3? As the PS4 pro doesn't have this option like it does for the normal PS4.

According to the PlayStation 4 Pro Ultimate FAQ the PS4 Pro will display based on the different TV types.

I ran across an article discussing it a bit more HERE but basically it says the same thing as far as I can tell.

I don't have a PS4 Pro myself, if anyone here does and knows more on tweaking the aspect ratio feel free to share.
