Replacing NOR for new PS4 firmware installation (downgrade)?

surely someone has already thought of that but it may be possible to downgrade ps4 by replacing the nor chip with a new one and reinstall off recovery system with the selected firmware?

hey >> You can not replace ur nor chip because it have all informations and keys of your console , For example it contain "CPU key" of your console if u put another chip with another CPU Key ur console will die "blue light of death". its not easy to downgrade ps4 but not impossible

if not possible downgrade is there no way to make a higher firmware? for jailbreak the system

like why not upgrade like make a 10.05 or 10.0 if the nor chip dont let lower numbers or something im noob in this but it just make me thinking sorry for bad english
