sorry to reply you here, to make Ghosts work, simply by using real PSN game's USRDIR then overwrite it with patch update to your NPXXXX folder. edit the PARAM app version to match patch's PARAM but do not change it to HG or GD, it stays DG.

You mean usrid form the original game cod ghost or what I am lost

no, you misunderstood.. find and download cod ghost psn format game (pkg), extract it copy the usrdir, paste to cod ghost converted game's usrdir, then overwite it with the patch update's usrdir.
