Network issues (Netflix Error: UI-122)

So recently been using WiFi tethering with my PS4 as I need to get some money to pay my ISP... And I recently discovered an issue with both the PS3 and PS4, were Netflix won't start.

I don't know if it's just a UPnP error, which is my best guess, but Windows 10 Mobile is my current phone operating system, and UPnP has to be disabled or my whole phone crashes, and the console can't get a private IP.

I can use an LG Android and Netflix has no issues... so does anyone know if Netflix has to have UPnP? As the Windows App on Windows 10 Desktop doesn't require it.

what is your current NAT connection status with your ps3 or 4 ?

To use upnp check if it is enabled by your router settings

There is not a router, it's WiFi teathering. The NAT type is sometimes 2 and sometimes 3.
