Question about PS4 4.01

Hi there!

I have a quick question related to system update 4.01
Yesterday, dunno why, I could install a game update while I'm on 4.01 (but other games only downloaded the game patches but NOT installed, that's weird tbh). Now that at least that game is updated (system is still on 4.01), if I play this game with an Internet connection activated, can I have the trophies?

You will have trophies however they wont sync until its online

The other thing with the game patches....If you are on 4.01 and a game downloads a patch who needs firmware 4.07 or higher it doesnt install
