Need help with any PS3 cfw 4.81

i want to install 4.81 can i use any of the new cfw their is like six new ones can i run any via xmb or do i have to go via recovery and not sure hw to get to recovery and then i got to clean database and cache any help would be greatly appreciate it. or should i wait for rebug 4.81 im on 4.80 rebug

If it was me I'd wait for Rebug, but I haven't had a PlayStation 3 for years so hopefully some others who still own a PS3 will share their thoughts also

I see no point in updating ps3 at all , all functionality remains same as from 4.55

I decided to play on my PS3 again. So I updated with Darknet 4.81 as I have to be able to dual boot. Nothing wrong with reBug at all if thats your choice
Yes you can just update from XMB
Otherwise like they say, no point in updating.
