Oh, I just saw that Lies of Overture is now available. It's such a captivating, unique game. I really liked the base game. It's great that they made a DLC. Have a great day, everyone in the community.

Man things seems to be moving really fast nowadays compered to just a year or so ago.

I first got into jailbreaking back when i had a fat ps3, all that was needed was a usb stick and you where good to go.

Then about a year ago after only reading about the jailbreak scene i got back into it again with ps4 but this time you needed a whole dang micro computer like a raspberry pi, worked all right but still somewhat annoying, in compression the current bd method for ps5 is really nice and fast to the point im more interested in this than ever.

On another note if anyone is interested in a shorter game to play from the new dumps, high on life is really fun if you like solor opposite and rick and morty type of humor, but if you don't it will probably feel a bit barebone, i beat it in around 8 hour or so.

Hello everyone, Long time gamer here going back to the 90's and console playing on NES, SNES, MDR, XBOX, PS1 and so forth until the PS4 where I then have now had a break for several years where life just got too hectic and there were no real time to play.

Now I have time again and I stumbled upon this exciting community, which seems like a perfect place to find interest in ps4 gaming again.

Following on the original Elden Ring, i enjoyed the range of weaponry and difficulty.

I hope this will come with some greater challenges. It would be good to see if in some of this edition builds on the references to Ranni's lore or will it be something completely new.

I hadn't played my PS5 in quite a while. Then one day, I decided to check the jailbreak status—just out of curiosity, since I was starting to lose hope on the Nintendo Switch 2 ever being jailbroken and... BAM!!!

Not only was it jailbroken, but my PS5 was still on firmware 7.6.1! Hell yeah!!!

That gives me hope for the Switch 2.

Btw, who else here is a hoarder of backup games?

I'm still waiting to buy a PS5 to just jailbreak it. I really want to play Driveclub at 60 FPS because I've heard the PS4 games just run a lot better.

Are we at a point in which any PS5s that can be bought through any store could be jailbroken? I would rather get that than a Switch 2 atm.

I would love to try out Elden Ring, never played it before. A few semesters ago one of the students at my university purchased a second hand xbox and hooked it up to a TV in the library to play it. Since that incident possibly over two years ago I have not thought of Elden Ring but seeing it at the top of the list and seeing so many people drop a comment about it over here really makes me want to try it out.

MotoGP 25 also looks pretty interesting. One of the first video games I ever played was Need For Speed Underground on the PS2 around 20 years ago, my elder brother and I enjoyed playing it a lot together. I have never played a motor bike racing game so I guess that would be a new experience for me and when my elder brother visits I would like to play local split screen with him the way I used to play NFS Underground.

Seeing Star Wars on the list also brings back some memories I can look back on and laugh at. My brother and I had some lego game on an iPad and we would take turns playing the game and watching each other play since it was only one iPad between us. I can't even remember the name of the lego game but it was a lot of fun. It would be amazing to experience playing a lego game together with two controllers on the same screen.

I might try that GTA: SA hack, to see if its any better than the steam definitive one or the original ps2 version.

I gotta say, Gamedec is fantastic and really stands out in the deduction genre (it's no Case/Rise of the Golden Idol, but few games have quite that level of player deduction). You're a detective in a cyberpunk VR metaverse, solving cases across different virtual realities.

What’s cool is how your choices actually shape the story, making you feel like you’re genuinely influencing the outcome. The feeling is there, at least, even if the outcomes are fairly limited but that's how it is.

I think the puzzles are cleverly designed, encouraging you to think outside the box and really get into the characters' motivations, which adds a nice layer of depth to the gameplay. And a good chunk of the puzzles have multiple solutions, so you can take different creative approaches: think Deus Ex.

I also think the art style is solid, if a little 'generic future' though the environments do complement the game's themes wonderfully. Each virtual world you explore offers something new and intriguing, so the experience feels pretty fresh and immersive each time. I found myself often getting mentally drawn into the world like I did with the old SNES Shadowrun game.

That said, it does have a few quirks—some players might find the pacing a bit slow, and the dialogue can get a little heavy at times. But honestly, those are minor issues compared to the overall experience. I strongly recommend it for anyone who itches for, say, any of the old Shadownrun or Deus Ex games.
