I really appreciated playing Alone in the Dark and Silent Hill 2. While the former was totally reimagined, the latter is faithful to the original. I liked both ways to give these two stories back to players after a long wait. Hope we will see other works like them.

Finally cracked open the PS5 I bought two years ago and got lucky finding it on firmware 5.10. After the initial nerves of running the exploit, I fired up the God of War Ragnarok [ PPSA08329 ] dump. Huge thanks to Highspeed33 and the team for that.

Since I skipped the last half-generation of consoles, I'm honestly blown away by the fidelity. The lack of loading times and the sheer detail in the textures are a huge step up from my old setup.

Now I am just debating if I should hold onto 5.10 since it seems stable, or update to a higher firmware to access newer games without waiting for backports. Tough call. Anyway, thanks to everyone keeping this thread updated, it's been super helpful for catching up.

I can't wait to play AC1 again. Playing Fires of Rubicon and loving it, but I missed the original. Do the analog sticks work in this version or are they still those bizarre Play1 controls?

What edition of Minecraft is it? there are technically two versions depending on when you bought the game. There isn't any way of legally playing the legacy console edition if you don't have it, so it would be very exciting if you can play it with a jailbroken PS4 or PS5.
