Clearing PS4 Internet Cache via FTP?

Does anyone know how (or if it's possible) to safely & manually delete the browser cache within the PS4 using FTP?

For whatever reason, my PS4 keeps giving me an error when trying to clear browser cache from within the system. So, i'm looking for alternative methods.

This error started appearing after I updated to 6.72.

Any help will be appreciated.

it could be a corruption in your firmware, if all else fails a system restore might have to happen

@haloraider he is right, you can re-install 6.72 firmware in recovery mode, you won't lose your game data.

yup you can clear internet cache by going to the file locations named above, remove or delete the cache.db it and will reset your internet browsers cache.
