Deactivate PSN account on another console within the PS4?

A quick follow-up, ran across this on Twitter today is all, and thanks to @toni1988 for the message in the SB also:

I think that's just for regular customers that sold their console, upgraded to another, etc which can only be done once every 6 months according to Support MVP gkpama00... guess we'll find out soon enough

A quick check reveals that was posted on Sony's official site back on September 7, 2016 by bladak (possibly even earlier elsewhere) so it wasn't created as a result of the MTX Key which didn't exist then.

Maybe its related to the vita error others are experiencing. Maybe sony is tightening their activation process to kill the mtx activation process
