Delete PS4 game update that is not yet installed?

it seems my fpkg FIFA 22 already downloaded 1.19 update from the internet even though I have turned off all updates.

the update itself is not installed, it keeps prompting me to update the game when I start FIFA 22, but can I delete it entirely? cause one of these days I'm going to hit yes by mistake for sure...

it cant install retail update on a fpkg it always fails just delete it

also set your dns host to Al Azif's DNS Exploit Menu IPs as it will block all updates
