I'm having the same problem for the last of us remastered. can someone help us out, please.

Check to make sure your disc is not dirty with fingerprints use a microfiber cloth to wipe it off if you have one. If it's not your disc the laser could be going bad.

I got this error a few days ago and cleaned the disc off and it worked just fine after that.
